My hubby took photo of this guy yesterday. I think he is deep thinking while posing for the camera. Location is our backyard.
- 1 Mango: 1 no
- ⅔ cup Yogurt: ⅔ cup ( I used home made one)
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- 3 Cardamom pods
- Remove the skin and stone (central seed part) of mango and cut into big chunks and set aside.
- In a blender/food processor add cut mango pieces, yogurt, sugar and cardamom seeds (remove the skin and set aside and add it while making the tea it gives nice aroma) and blend until everything become a smooth consistency. I prefer slightly thicker version. If you need more diluted version you can either add milk or water.
