Ur hubby sure comes up with fun ideas!
ha ha , have yet to come across someone like that but the blogs i visit , i love to read what my blogging buddies have to write and share my thoughts too!
Plateful says
Lol Swathi...sadly enough food blogging has become so commercial that ppl just stop by with a cliched remark that's often copied and pasted on umpteen other pages! I've even come across folks who don't even remember that they are following your blog and come back after a looooong gap saying "you have a wonderful blog...." yata, yata...! Coming back to your recipe, potato is my favorite veggie. My family's too. Your combo looks delicious.
Viki's Kitchen says
Hey Swathi, I couldn't stop laughing loudly on reading your post and some comments:)
Pet's food....drool worthy...LOL! I am recovering from a bad flue and now you made my day:) Potato and aloo looks superb. I think auto-comment software will make you a millionaire:) I too tried to copy paste some comments , but somehow getting carried away by all the blog posts:)

What a lovely meal, and I can see the hard work from the pics too (though I am sure you're gonna say it's easy:)
Joanne says
haha I had to laugh at the one person writing droolworthy on everyone's blogs! I've thought of doing that...but never could because I actually enjoy reading and thinking about what everyone has to say! I'm not usually the biggest potato lover either, but you make them look really good in this dish!
girlichef says
Droolworthy!
ha ha ha ha....
I know whatcha mean. Ah well, we all have those days/times, right? Too bad potato gets such a bad rap in your house, it's such a beautiful tuber. I love the sound of this dish and wish that I was able to find fenugreek leaves around here, but I'm still looking. Until then, I'll continue to eat with my eyes.

Thanks for your lovely recipe.

I think some people do copy and paste the same comment "drool worthy" or "looks gud"...I usually try to reply to all my commenters, but I've learned to skip those.
The potato and fenugreek leaves look delicious. I've seen fenugreek/methi leaves at the Indian grocers, but I've never had the leaves (only the spice)...
Alea Milham says
My husband isn't a fan of potatoes either. He calls them "carbohydrate bombs". He has a flair for the dramatic. 🙂
Like you, I add potatoes to soups, curries and dishes where they may be somewhat disguised. Your dish looks very tasty!
Claudia says
That was funny Swathi, your husband's idea of a MS Word paste up "droolworthy".
I used papaya leaf, sliced thin, for the first time in a fusion sort of Adobo, and it supplied that bitter greens element to the dish. We don't have any fenugreek leaves handy. I did try planting, but nothing came up.
