I am from the land of coconuts, Kerala. We can’t live without coconuts; it will appear on breakfast table as ingredients in puttu, appam or as chutney for dosa or idly. We like to make curries with lots of coconut and coconut oil, and also use coconut milk in some of our desserts. On the whole we love coconut.
