This is antioxidant, superfood rich, anti-inflammatory Juice. No added sugar, only sweetness from the apple beets and carrot

It has vitamin A from carrot, and Vitamin C from the lime.
Coconut water adds a good amount of nutrients .
Turmeric adds anti-inflammatory properties to this juice.
Cayenne pepper adds analgesic, antiseptic properties.

How to make this Easy Carrot Beet Ginger Juice ?
You need following ingredients to make this healthy juice
Apple : I used red apple you can use green apple if you want
Beet : Needs to be peeled and chopped into cubes
Coconut water: Use fresh coconut water not the bottle ones
Carrot : Peel the skin and chopped into pieces
Turmeric: I used turmeric powder you can use fresh one if you have it hand.
Ginger: Use 1 inch, more will make it spicy.
Lime : Freshly squeezed 1 lime.
Cayenne Pepper : I used a small amount as it can affect the taste of juice.
Water

Instructions
You need to add everything into Hamilton Beach Juicer Mixer Grinder or any other juicer you have in hand . Process it to fine consistency.
You can do it manually or you can use its fine option in the Preset mode.
Variations
You can instead of red beets use golden beets to get nice orange color.
You can also alternatively use roasted or cooked beets to make this Juice. (Which comes with extra work)
If you want to make your juice sweeter add little maple syrup or sugar free alternative.
If you do not like cayenne pepper you can use black pepper.
Instead of lime other citrus like orange ,lemon will be good in this juice recipe.
I have strained the juice . If you want, you can add some ice cubes

- 1 ½ cup water
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder

Instructions
