What you need
Mango: 1 no
Apple: 1 no
Pear: 1 no
Kiwi: 1no
Orange: 1 no
Red plum: 1 no
Grapes: 10 no
Honey: ½ tablespoon (I used clover honey)
Lemon juice: ½ tablespoon
Mint: few for garnishing
How I made
Wash and chop all fruits into bite size pieces and keep aside.
Mix lemon juice and honey in another bowl and add to fruits mixture and mix well.
Enjoy
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serving: 3 serving

Eda adipoli aayituu undu ketoo..eda me too i was having GD when i too was preg..i too had to check every 2 hour.god!! it was too annoying and if a bit above the border line..then tension thinking how to control more??!!...anyways like u said once delivered mine too has gone.. i have avoided rice almost completely except for weekends..pine raatriyil roti and like jag said mix of atta and soyabean flour..we get to buy here... pine eppam exercise..weight kurayakan nokuva eppam..kure kuranyu..have to decrease more again :D...

Hey Swathireally sad to hear about your condition..do you follow GI diet..very good for diabetes..try and add in your diet lots of chana daal..they have very low GI value..add soyabean flour in your roti flour and eat only good basmati rice...

Now i don't have diabetes, once i had the baby my gestational diabetes was gone. Since i developed it during the pregnancy i am on the watch list for diabetes. But my husband is diabetic. Yes i will add soybean flour while making my roti.
