Labor Day is coming that means we need to fire up the grill. I like grilled veggies and shrimps and always try to make different kind of grilled veggies, chicken, and shrimps. Earlier I had tried Tandoori chicken, tandoori panner and vegetables with tandoori masala. This time I used Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, Kikkoman® Soy Sauce to make teriyaki shrimp, grilled tofu and vegetables.
I always find Kikkoman® sauces and marinade are easy to use. Just mix some garlic, ginger and chili flake and a great marinade is ready in a few minutes. Kikkoman® is not just Asian sauces and marinades – it’s more mainstream and versatile, perfect for summer holiday grilling occasions and day-to-day grilling recipes for weeknights.
You can get both Kikkoman® sauces and marinade from the Walmart in aisle of barbeque sauce and other sauces.
I bought fresh juicy Jumbo shrimp, and vegetables and extra firm tofu. These are good portion for a family of 4. And perfect for a get together. The only work you have to do is to marinate your favorite veggies and shrimp. Then fire up the grill and grill. Best part is that it is simple and delicious without a ton of hard work.
You can choose your favorite veggies, I choose my kids favorite, red and yellow bell pepper and zucchini. If you are using chicken or meat I think you need to extend the marinating time. For this I gave a good 4-5 hour time. I like spicy food so I add little red chili, you can skip that too if you are not a spicy person. Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade, Kikkoman® Soy Sauce by itself gives flavorful taste.
I like soy braised tofu, that’s why I used Kikkoman® Soy Sauce for grilling tofu. My marinade for both recipes contains same ingredients except Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade or Kikkoman® Soy Sauce. For this Labor Day when you fire up the grill and want a simple marinade, try this recipe. This is delicious and easy then why wait try this one let me know how it turned out.

I've never had tofu before, but I'm pretty picky when it comes to textures. However, I'd be all over the shrimp skewers!
