How I made Graveyard Cupcakes?
These Halloween cupcakes are made with coffee flavored chocolate cupcakes from scratch, and are topped with a creamy white frosting, chocolate crumbles, and chocolate tombstones to look just like a graveyard. Top your spooky cupcakes with candy pumpkins and a chocolate tree to finish the look.
Addition of instant coffee took this simple chocolate cupcake to another level. It is topped with homemade white Vanilla frosting. I used candy melt to make chocolate tree, and chocolate tombstones are made with Oreo cookies and simple white icing to write on the top of it. These are simple once you have made the cupcakes, next thing is making all these accessories and arrange them. They're so easy to make and a lot of fun to display.
How I made Strawberry Monster cupcakes?
I took fresh strawberries, chocolate candy melt and white icing to create Strawberry Monster cupcakes. I used same mocha cupcakes and topped with purple icing and strawberry for the monsters.
My son approved that it looks cute and spooky. If you are planning a Halloween party, you can make this strawberry monster ahead and refrigerate. When you are ready to serve, frost them and place the monster on top and serve.
Best part of these two recipes are you need to make only one coffee flavored chocolate cupcake and then vanilla butter cream. Divide the cupcake and frosting to decorate both cupcakes one with coloring and other with not.
You can decorate more if you have artistic talent than me. Give this one a try you will be thanked by your little trick-o-treaters or at Halloween party.

- For Graveyard Cupcakes
- First split chocolate cookies in half. Remove and discard filling. Using a serrated knife, cut three sides from each of 6 of the cookie halves to make tombstone shapes. Crush remaining cookies and trimmings.
- Place a sheet a parchment of on a large baking sheet. In a small microwave-safe bowl microwave candy melt on 100 percent power (high) for 30 seconds. Stir; microwave 30 seconds intervals more or until completely melted. Place in a heavy resealable plastic bag; seal. Snip off a small piece from one corner. On the prepared baking sheet pipe 12 small leafless trees, each 3 to 4 inches tall (make them thick so they won't break when hardened). If desired, make extra trees in case one or two break. Carefully peel chocolate trees from parchment paper and insert into holes on cupcake tops; if necessary, use frosting to secure trees. Place a candy pumpkin on top of some of the cupcakes. Sprinkle cupcakes with the crushed cookies. Serve immediately.

- Fill the gap with chocolate candy melt
- Pipe the teeth with white color icing.
- Place an eyeball candy in each top of strawberries.
- After frosting the cupcake with purple icing. Place the monster strawberries on the top.
