What you need
Jicama: 1no
Red bell pepper: 1 no
Green bell pepper: 1 no
Apple : 1no
Carrot: 2no
Radish: 3no
Lettuce: 3-4 leaves
For vinaigrette
Red wine vinegar: 1/4cup
Olive oil: 1/4cup
Orange juice: 2 tablespoon or half of one orange
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Shallot/pearl onion: 1 no
Dijon mustard: ½ teaspoon
Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
Salt: ½ teaspoon or to taste
Yields: ½ cup + 2 tablespoon
Enjoy this crunchy healthy salad.
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Jicama is not a familiar term, but that image is! lol.
we call them singkamas and we eat them raw (munching on them like an apple)…while a dormmate used to dip them in a bit of rock salt before she eats them.
