All purpose flour: ¾ cup
Carefully place a pate sablee over each ring (the side of dough covered in marmalade should be the side touching the whipping cream). Gently press on the circle of dough to make sure the dessert is compact.

Orange tian looks really lovely and delicious.I too attempted this and you know my caramel sauce on 1st attempt went like hard and brittle.I think I over cooked the sugar.But this is how we learn.Your marmalade looks delicious.
