When Chef Dennis of A culinary journey with Chef Dennis mentioned in the Google Plus that he is inviting guest post in his blog, I immediately asked him for an opportunity and he responded with an immediate yes. Very enjoyable guest post over at Chef Dennis's blog, Swathi! I appreciated your recipe index here, too (looked up Paneer.) It surprised me to see how similar it is to the cheese my grandmother used to make in Minnesota. She didn't press it down though. We'd eat the fresh curds, called "cottage cheese." I think fried cheese sounds marvelous, too -- especially with spinach! Thanks again.
