How I made Pumpkin Pie Chocolate Smoothie?
This recipe is inspired from the Tropical Café’s Pumpkin chocolate smoothie. Since I am not able to find their recipes, I made my own. I used real pumpkin puree, homemade pumpkin pie spice, white chocolate chips and oatmeal. Addition of oatmeal is not in the original recipe that is my addition. To make it protein rich I used Greek yogurt and milk. If you want to veganize this recipe uses any vegan yogurt and milk. The sweetener I used is maple syrup you can add honey if you want. I used canned pumpkin, if you don’t want to use canned pumpkin you can make your own pumpkin puree check here. To add creaminess to smoothie I have added banana. If you are smoothie person like me, go ahead and make this smoothie for the breakfast.

Yum! I love pumpkin-flavored drinks that do not have an overwhelming amount of pumpkin pie spice in them. Sometimes I think people just like cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg, not actual pumpkin flavors!

Aside from all of the delicious chocolates, the fig spreads are the one I am most interested in. I eat PB&J every day for lunch, and I would love to try those fig spreads in place of the jelly I normally use, especially considering the great flavor assortment they have.
