Quail eggs/Kada mutta: 10 no
Tomato: 1no
Onion: ½ cup (½ of big onion)
Water: 1 ½ cup
Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon
Green chili: 1 no
Coriander powder; ½ teaspoon
Red chili powder: ¼ teaspoon
Mustard seeds: ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds: ¼ teaspoon
Salt: ½ teaspoon or to taste
Ginger: a small piece
Coconut: ½ cup
Water: 2 ½cup
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Hi Swathi baby! I got adventurous a few months ago and actually ate the egg of one of my parrots! Similar in taste and health benefits to a quail egg, but certainly it was an odd though tasty experience! I really love that you combined egg and mushrooms in a curry. This seems so unique to me! To be perfectly honest, I've never had quail eggs. Such an exotic combination with the mushrooms, and the sauce. I would certainly be willing to try this, but would not go out looking for the egg!
