What you need
Chickpea flour/Besan: 2cups
Rice flour: 1 cup
Red chili powder: 2 tablespoon
Clarified butter/Ghee: 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves: 10 sprig ( around ¼ cup)
Asafetodia/Hing: ½ teaspoon
Salt ; 1 ½ teaspoon or to taste
Warm Water: 1 cup+ ¼ cup
Canola oil: 4 cups for frying.

Swathi! I am laughing so hard at your little one eating paper! Mine did too. Then switched to rolling the scotch tape up into little bits and leaving them all over the house! I still find them.
