This is our Onam Sadya.
What you need
Vermicelli: 1 cup
Milk: 1 ½ (I used whole milk)
Sweetened condense milk: 3 oz (1 small tin, Fat free)
Cardamom: 2 no
Water: 1 cup
Salt: a pinch
Cashews: ¼ cup
Raisins: ⅕ cup
Ghee: 1 tablespoon
