Every weekend it is a routine to watch Football game in our house, and I like to serve snacks watching the game. This time I made this spicy pasta cups which is delicious with lot of flavor and made from scratch. Best part is that you don’t need to worry about serving size. Spicy touch was given by El Yucateco® Red Chile Habanero. This spicy pasta cups are simple, cheesy, spicy and creamy and are the perfect snack for your next tailgating party or home gating.
I like to give spicy touch to everything, and you can increase or decrease the spice depending upon your level of handling the heat. My habit of using hot sauce in my dishes started during my stay in Japan. I needed to spice up dishes when I went to the restaurant. After coming to USA I started using El Yucateco® brand sauces as they don’t have any Artificial Color. Do you know El Yucateco® is the #1 consumer choice? Best part is that you can carry it wherever you go, yes mini bottles are so convenient, they can take it camping, to a friend’s BBQ or to your favorite restaurant, the options are endless. El Yucateco®'s ingredients come from Field to Bottle. It includes no artificial colors, but the same great taste that makes it the King of Flavor since 1968. If you are football fan and like to tailgate before the games then here is amazing opportunity to win Ultimate tail gating package from El Yucateco®. Check here to enter.

You can make this recipe in muffin tins if you want. I made it in ramekin. First, I grabbed all ingredients from HEB my favorite grocery store which is a mile from my house. I bought El Yucateco® Red Chile Habanero and El Yucateco® Black Label Reserve along penne pasta, pasta sauce and cheese.
Cook pasta according to manufacture instruction. Then drain and add pasta sauce and add El Yucateco® Red Chile Habanero sauce; I used 2 tablespoons for 3 cups of pasta, you can adjust the pasta level to adjust your heat level. This is perfect with heat touch on the background. I used Italian blend cheese mix of mozzarella, parmesan, Provolone and Romano and bread crumbs to give some crunch.
Thus this spicy pasta cups has lot of flavors in bites, heat in background with El Yucateco® Red Chile Habanero, cheesy, creamy ending note with light crunch. I am going to make a spicy cocktail drink with El Yucateco® Black Label Reserve will share with you soon. Make sure to check out more exciting recipes and other exciting news from El Yucateco here.
In the mean time enjoy your game whether you are tailgating or home gating or even for a get together on cozy winter day with this spicy pasta cups and your favorite drink. Happy cooking and sharing with friends and family.
