What you need
All purpose flour: ¼ cup
Whole wheat flour: ¼ cup
Sugar: 3 tablespoon+ 1 teaspoon for sprinkling
Egg; 1 no
Butter: 1 tablespoon+ 1 teaspoon for greasing the ramekins
Baking powder: ¼ teaspoon
Baking soda: ⅛ teaspoon
Salt: ⅛ teaspoon
Ground ginger; ¼ teaspoon
Cinnamon: ¼ teaspoon
Ground cloves: ⅛ teaspoon
All spice: ⅛ teaspoon
Grated nutmeg: ⅛ teaspoon
Milk: ¼ cup( I used 1%)
Pineapple: ½ cup (Chopped finely)
Strawberry: ¾ cup (cut into thin rounds)

Yield: 3 serving
