Banana: I used a frozen banana. You can use fresh one too in this case. It is loaded with vitamin C, Manganese in bananas is good for skin. Potassium in bananas is good for heart health and blood pressure. Also aid digestion and beat gastrointestinal issues.
Almond butter: Almond butter adds extra protein and nuttiness to the smoothie
Milk: you can use your favorite milk. I used whole milk you can make it vegan buy substituting to nut milk

Ice cubes: you can skip this if you are using frozen berries and bananas.
Substitutions
If you are vegan, you can substitute collage peptides with this soy products: tempeh, tofu, and soy protein, black beans, kidney beans or any beans, seeds of pumpkin, squash, sunflower, and chia or nuts like pistachio, peanut, and cashew.
You can substitute milk with any other nut milk or grain milk like oat milk, rice milk . Or even water will works.
You do not like almond butter use any other nut butter like cashew butter, peanut butter.
Berries you can choose your favorite; I like the sweetness of strawberries and blackberries. You can try with blueberries or raspberry too.
