How I made Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie Bowl?
I made sweet potato pie smoothie bowl with baked mashed sweet potato, peaches, sweet potato pie spice. It is combo of cinnamon, nutmeg and ground ginger. I read somewhere using pumpkin pie spice in sweet potato pie recipes is not good as sweet potato needs to be enhanced with few warm spices.
I made this homemade sweet potato pie granola with oatmeal, pecans, and sweet potato pie spice. You can double or triple the recipe as it only for two serving of smoothie bowl.
I added sweet potato pie spice in the smoothie also. This recipe is inspired from here. In original recipe they used frozen mango. I didn’t have it in hand, so used peaches. Do you know you can interchange mango and peaches in the recipes? I used coconut milk in the recipe you can use your favorite diary free milk. You can also use your favorite Sweetener also. I used maple syrup you can go with it or not.
This is a creamy, naturally sweet with sweet potato, peaches decadent breakfast smoothie you can ever imagine. Give it a try you will love. Only thing you need a powerful blender like KitchenAid® K400 blender.
After all it is pie season, why don’t you try this, you can taste favorite sweet potato pie with scoop of spoon.
