You need following ingredients
- Sourdough starter : I used 100% hydration sourdough discard/ starter ( you can use any flour sourdough starter or discard).
- Lemon pepper salt : Adding flavored salt increases the taste.
- Everything Bagel seasoning : I used Everything Bagel seasoning.
- Butter: Melted butter adds taste and flavors to the crackers

Instructions to make This thin and crispy sourdough discard cracker?
In a bowl add melted butter and lemon pepper salt to sourdough starter and mix well.
In a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spread sourdough discard/starter.
Then spread the bagel seasoning on the top.

- Sourdough discard spread into a thin layer and sprinkle Bagel seasoning
- Step 3: After baking for a few minutes 6 minutes and slice it into rectangle pieces.
- Step 4: After Baking
Bake until it is crispy and enjoy.

- 1 cup/200g Sourdough Starter /discard
- 2 tbsp/28g Butter Unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon / 15g Everything Bagel Seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 325 F and line the baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl add sourdough starter/discard and lemon pepper salt and melted butter and mix well.
- When you are ready to bake spread the sourdough discard into thin layer. Then sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning on the top .
- Bake at 325F for 6 minutes and then remove from the oven and make rectangular cut and immediately put it back and continue baking for another 25-30 minutes depending upon how crisp cracker you want.
- Enjoy this addictive thin, crispy sourdough discard crackers.
