Grilled  Mushrooms Skewers 

Delicious and easy grilled mushroom skewers with simple marinade which results in full of Umami blast. Excellent side dish BBQ gatherings.

– 1- pound mushrooms sliced lengthwise (I used baby portobello) – 1 tablespoons olive oil – ½ tbsp GravyMaster® – 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut amino if paleo

– 2 cloves garlic chopped – 1/2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley – 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper or to taste – 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes optional
