– 325 g Artisan bread flour – 35 g Rye flour – 35 g Spelt flour – 296.3 g water – 80 g Leavain – 8.4 g salt – 200 g Pineapple chopped into ¼ inch and microwaved 1 ½ minutes – 25 g Desiccated coconut
