Delicious and spicy tangy relish made with cranberries, Thai chili, lemon juice , cayenne pepper and coconut sugar. Great and easy ready with 20 minutes.

1 ¼cup140g cranberries
2tbsp/20g coconut sugarIncrease the amount to ¼ cup if you want sweeter side
½of lemon juice
First add water, sugar, chili, lemon juice and cayenne pepper mix and heat until sugar is dissolved for 2 minutes. Then add cranberries and ginger and cook for another 15 minutes or until the all the water almost evaporated.
