¼cuprolled oats
¼cupraw cashews
1tablespoonpecan
1tablespoonalmond butter
½teaspoonvanilla extract
1medium banana

Instructions
Soak cashew nuts and pecan about 2-3 hours or overnight. Then process everything, oatmeal, banana, cashews, pecan, almond butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup and chocolate mint omega swirl. into fine smoothie. Enjoy with goji berries on top.
