Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup spinach packed
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup chopped mango or small mango
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup green grapes
  • Topping
  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Mango
  • Hempseeds

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor process all ingredients for smoothie bowl into fine consistency and transfer to a bowl and top with toppings.
    Enjoy.
