  • 1 ½ cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ banana frozen banana
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper cubed
  • ½ cup 100% apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon Barlean’s seriously delicious ™ Omega-3 Flax Strawberry Banana smoothie


  • Blend everything into fine consistency and enjoy with or without ice.


You can add 1-2 tsp of maple syrup if you want sweetness.
