- 2 prickly pears
- Juice of 1 ½ lemon
- ½ tablespoon Nectevia
- 4 cup water
- Ice
- Lemon wedge
First wash cut both end of prickly pears, then make a slit in the middle and cut through it.
Scoop the flesh of prickly pear using spoon or knife.
Blend the prickly pear fruit flesh with 1 cup water in a blender.
Then strain out for seeds and extract the puree.
To the puree add lemon juice,Nectevia
/ sweetener and rest of water and mix well.
Serve with ice and extra lemon wedge.

- While cutting the fresh fruit make sure to wear a glove so that you won’t get small spines into your hand.
- Also strain the fruit puree so that seeds can be removed.
- Don’t eat too much of prickly pear fruits it tends to upset the stomach so use it in moderation or occasional.
