For making Cranberry Simple Syrup
- Don't skip on Cranberry simple syrup as it adds extra level of flavor component to this cocktail
- You can use Vodka instead of Gin then it become Cranberry Vodka Collins
- You can also use fresh and frozen cranberries
- If you want to make mocktails, skip the alcohol and add orange juice.
- Use unsweetened 100% cranberry juice to give tart taste to the cocktail
- You can use white cranberry juice instead of red in the recipe. (white cranberries? They’re cranberries early in the harvest season, and they’re ripe! if you freeze or cook them, they turn red though)
