Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mashed sweet potato puree
  • 6 Strawberries
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 cup diary free milk I used NOT Milk
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Hemp seeds roasted, salted as topping

Instructions

  • Process everything in high speed blender.
  • Sprinkle some extra cinnamon and hemp seeds
  • Enjoy
