Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Here is delicious Chewy chocolate chip cookies which kids can bake it.
Servings: 15 cookies0
- 1 ½ cup + 2.5 tablespoon 220g all purpose flour
- ½ tablespoon 4g corn starch
- ½ teaspoon 2g baking powder
- ½ teaspoon 3g baking soda
- ½ teaspoon 3g salt
- ½ cup 1 stick melted butter
- ½ cup 100g brown sugar
- ½ cup 100g granulated sugar
- 1 large egg *
- ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
- 6 ounce chocolate chips
In large bowl mix flour, corn starch, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl beat melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar until it is blended. Then add egg and vanilla once again well blended.
To this add flour mixtures and mix well finally folds in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate dough into (2-3 tablespoon) balls on a parchment lined baking sheet and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
When you are ready to bake pre-heat oven at 325 F and bake for 14-15 minutes. Make sure rotate the pan in half way through. Also slightly press the cookie dough to make it uniform round. Once baked remove from the pan and cool completely in a wiring rack and enjoy
*original recipe asked for ½ of whole egg and 1 egg yolks (To prevent handling difficulty I substituted one whole large egg).
