  • 1 cup chopped carrots about 2
  • ¾ cup water I used bottle water
  • For making Carrot blood orange strawberries oatmeal smoothie
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 1 blood orange juice
  • ½ tbsp Nectevia
  • ½ cup carrot juice
