- 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 8 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 to 5 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoon sugar mix 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar+ 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Pre-heat the oven to 350line parchment paper spray with 8x 8-inch pan.
In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
In another bowl add butter, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla and mix well. To this add banana and mix well again.
To the wet ingredients as dry ingredients and mix well. Transfer to prepared pan and spread it evenly. Then sprinkle sugar -sugar mixtures and bake for about 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven when it is completely cooled slice and enjoy with more butter, cream cheese or spread of your choice.
