Pre-heat oven to 350°F and line 6.5" x 9.5" Eighth Size. Aluminum Sheet Pan with parchment paper.
In a double boiler heat chocolate( 5 pieces), water, and coconut sugar until chocolate melts completely. Once it is cooled down a little bit, add oil, egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
To this add almond flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and sea salt and combine well.
Transfer to prepared pan and arrange with chopped pecans and chopped chocolate and bake for about 15 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Once it is cooled refrigerate and cut it into pieces and enjoy.
