Ingredients

  • 2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1 cup buttermilk/ yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 green chili

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine cucumbers
  • with onion, buttermilk, dill, vinegar, salt, sugar, green chili, and black pepper.
  • Cover and refrigerate the salad for 20 -30 minutes to allow marinate and serve cold.
