- 2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1 cup buttermilk/ yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ¾ teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 green chili
In a medium bowl, combine cucumbers
with onion, buttermilk, dill, vinegar, salt, sugar, green chili, and black pepper.
Cover and refrigerate the salad for 20 -30 minutes to allow marinate and serve cold.
