Grilled Mushrooms Skewers

Delicious and easy grilled mushroom skewers with full of Umamiblast. Excellent side dish BBQ gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1- pound mushrooms sliced lengthwise (I used baby portobello)
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon GravyMaster®
  • ½ tablespoon soy sauce or coconut amino if paleo
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • ½ tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon red chili pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • To make the grilled mushroom skewers
  • First make a marinade with all ingredients except mushrooms
  • Then Marinate the sliced mushrooms in the mixture of the remaining ingredients for 30 minutes.
  • Skewer the mushrooms and grill until just tender and slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Transfer the grilled mushroom skewers to a serving platter and sprinkle some chopped parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
