Spiced Artichoke spinach cups

- 4 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon chipotle pepper
- ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup Italian blend cheese
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 10 oz frozen spinach drained and thawed,
- 1 can of artichoke hearts
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tube of crescent dough
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chipotle pepper, ground cumin, cheeses, Parmesan, artichokes, spinach, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Flour your work surface, roll out crescent dough, and pinch seams together. Cut into 20 squares. Place squares into muffin tin slots and spoon 1 tablespoon of filling into the dough. Then top with mozzarella.
Bake until pastry becomes golden in color and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
