Spicy Tuna Steak Bites

If you are looking to make a fish fry that is easy tomake and at the same time very tasty, then try this Spicy Tuna   steak bites.Great to serve with some salad or as a side dish with some mashed potato or avocado

Ingredients

  • 4 Ahi tuna steak cut it into 3-inch cubes 3.5 ounce each thawed
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon cornmeal
  • ¾ cup peanut oil

Instructions

  • First cut the Tuna into 3-inch cubes and pat dry and set aside.
  • In a large bowl add cayenne pepper ,salt , maple syrup pepper and cornmeal. Mix well.
  • Add spice mix into Tuna pieces and coat well. And set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and then add salmon pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes or until one side is cooked then flip and cook the other side too.
  • When both sides are cooked well remove from the pan and serve with mashed avocado or with salad.
