Spicy Tuna Steak Bites

- 4 Ahi tuna steak cut it into 3-inch cubes 3.5 ounce each thawed
- 1½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¾ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon cornmeal
- ¾ cup peanut oil
First cut the Tuna into 3-inch cubes and pat dry and set aside.
In a large bowl add cayenne pepper ,salt , maple syrup pepper and cornmeal. Mix well.
Add spice mix into Tuna pieces and coat well. And set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and then add salmon pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes or until one side is cooked then flip and cook the other side too.
When both sides are cooked well remove from the pan and serve with mashed avocado or with salad.
