Ingredients

  • 2 red bell peppers cut into quarters
  • 1 big red onion cut into quarters
  • 4 tomatoes cut into halves
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 teaspoon dry mint
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
