Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango chopped fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup papaya chopped fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chopped fresh or frozen
  • 2 teaspoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or your favorite milk if you want
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender process everything until you get a creamy consistency. Increase amount of ginger, cinnamon, lemon zest if you want. Enjoy immediately.
