- 2 oz Vodka
- 3 oz watermelon juice
- 4 oz ginger beer
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 6 raspberries +2 for garnish
- 1 slice of watermelon
- 1 mint sprig
Make watermelon juice by adding fresh watermelon cubes in a blender.
Blend thoroughly and then strain into a pitcher.
In a shaker muddle six raspberries by gently pressing them.
Add the remaining ingredients except the ginger beer to the shaker tin.
Add ice and shake vigorously to combine and chill.
Garnish with a mint sprig, watermelon slice and raspberries.
