- 1 16-oz. can refried beans
- 7. oz I Yo Quiero! Chef inspired guacamole
- 3 Roma Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon green onion
- 2 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. taco seasoning
- ½ cup shredded Monterey jack
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- ¼ c. sliced black olives
- Corn chips for serving
In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, taco seasoning, and lime juice
Spread refried beans in an even layer in the bottom of your serving dish. Add I Yo Quiero! Chef inspired guacamole spread in an even layer on top of the bean layer. Then top with sour cream. And add layer of tomatoes and green onion.
Sprinkle Monterey jack and cheddar in an even layer over the sour cream. Top with black olives and cilantro.
Serve with corn chips.
