Ingredients

  • ¾ cups raspberries
  • ¾ cups blueberries
  • lightly packed cup coarsely grated red beet
  • 1 banana
  • ½ Tbs. Nectevia use honey or agave
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • Topping
  • Hemp seeds
  • Kiwi
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Banana

Instructions

  • Process everything into a blender or food processor into into a smoothie consistency.
  • Serve with banana, blueberries, toasted hemp seeds etc.
