- ¾ cups raspberries
- ¾ cups blueberries
- ⅓ lightly packed cup coarsely grated red beet
- 1 banana
- ½ Tbs. Nectevia use honey or agave
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup coconut water
- Topping
- Hemp seeds
- Kiwi
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Banana
Process everything into a blender or food processor into into a smoothie consistency.
Serve with banana, blueberries, toasted hemp seeds etc.
