Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen Raspberries
  • ¾ cup yogurt homemade with 2% fat milk
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice I used POM
  • Ice

Instructions

  • In blender process everything until it become smooth consistency.
  • I didn't add any sugar or sugar supplements if you want add the while you processing the smoothie.
