Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet Cherries I used Fresh, pitted
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Heavy Cream
  • 2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
  • For toppings
  • Dragon fruit
  • Strawberries
  • Coconut
  • Lemon zest
  • Almond

Instructions

  • Process everything into a fine consistency in high speed blender or food processor and topped with toppings and enjoy.
