Chia Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 15 strawberries
  • 2 banana I used small banana, otherwise use 1 medium banana
  • 1 ½ cup yogurt Homemade
  • 2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoon chia seed

Instructions

  • Day before making Smoothie
  • Warm one cup water and soak chia seeds for overnight in refrigerator.
  • One the day of making Smoothie
  • Add everything except chia seeds in a blender, add strawberry, banana and yogurt and rest of water blend everything well into fine smoothie.
  • Once you made the smoothie add soaked chia seeds, With the recipe you will able to make it two smoothie.
