I used small banana, otherwise use 1 medium banana

Instructions
Day before making Smoothie
Warm one cup water and soak chia seeds for overnight in refrigerator.
One the day of making Smoothie
Add everything except chia seeds in a blender, add strawberry, banana and yogurt and rest of water blend everything well into fine smoothie.
Once you made the smoothie add soaked chia seeds, With the recipe you will able to make it two smoothie.
