Ingredients

  • 3 corn cob boiled and kernel are separated
  • 1 roma tomato chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion chopped
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • ¼ teaspoon kala namak Himalayan black salt optional if you have it in hand use it give street vendors recipe taste
  • ½ of lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • First boil the corn cob and remove the kernels from the cob. To this add onion, green chili, tomato, salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, kala namak(if using) pepper, cayenne pepper and mix well to this finally add lemon juice and cilantro and mix again.
