Ingredients
3corn cob boiled and kernel are separated
1roma tomato chopped
¼cupred onion chopped
1green chili chopped
¼teaspoonroasted cumin powder
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspooncayenne pepper
¼teaspoonpepper
½teaspoonchaat masala
¼teaspoonkala namakHimalayan black salt optional if you have it in hand use it give street vendors recipe taste
½of lime juice
2tablespoonchopped cilantro
Instructions
First boil the corn cob and remove the kernels from the cob. To this add onion, green chili, tomato, salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, kala namak(if using) pepper, cayenne pepper and mix well to this finally add lemon juice and cilantro and mix again.
