Ingredients

  • 1 cup beets chopped into cubes
  • 1 cup carrots chopped into cubes
  • 1 small apple (used read apple
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 ½ cup coconut water ( fresh)
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup Lime juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions

  • Process everything into fine consistency. You can use preset wet soft and fine in Hamilton Beach Juicer Mixer Grinder.
  • Strain and enjoy.
