Jamaican Jerk Seasoning.
11/2Tablespoongarlic powder
½Tablespoononion powder
1tablespoonground ginger
1Tablespoondried thyme
1teaspoonfreshly ground white pepper
½tablespoonground cinnamon
1tablespoonground all spice
1Tablespoonsmoked paprika
½Tablespoonground nutmeg
2Tablespoonscoconut sugarif not use brown sugar
1Tablespooncayenne pepper
1 ½teaspoonsalt *
For Jamaican Jerk cauliflower
1- 10-ouncecauliflower floweretsor ¾ head of medium cauliflower
½teaspooncumin powder
2TablespoonJamaican Jerk Seasoning
3TablespoonExtra Virgin Olive oil
Instructions
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Combine everything and store it in air tight container
For Jamaican Jerk cauliflower
Pre-heat oven to 400F. Place sliced cauliflower in a bowl with olive oil, cumin powder and Jamaican Jerk seasoning, toss to coat.
In a foil lined baking sheet, spread out sprout mixture in a single layer, roast in oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Enjoy with little sour cream/yogurt.
Notes
*If you want you can skip salt and then add it out ingredients, I found that adding salt to spice blend increase their life.
