- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic
- ½ teaspoon chipotle pepper
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 bag 16 ounces baby carrots
- 1 t tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
Pre-heat oven to 400 ° F . Line the rectangular pan 13x9x2 with foil and grease well.
Mix oil, salt, chipotle pepper, maple syrup, garlic powder and pepper in a large bowl and then add carrots. Toss to coat well.
Spread carrot in a single layer.
Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender.
Once carrots is done add chopped cilantro or parsley and enjoy
