Sleep Inducing Golden Milk

Here is the  delicious, vegan, paleo golden milk made with ancient spice turmeric , nutmeg, exotic cardamom and pungent ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cardamom pods Skinned and powdered
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Scant ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg A good pinch
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup use Nectevia if you don’t want to make it paleo

Instructions

  • In a bowl add everything and mix well and bring to rolling boil.
  • Enjoy a good night sleep
