Thin Crispy Sourdough Discard Crackers

Make delicious and additive thin and crispy sourdough crackers with sourdough discard and your favorite seasoning. These discard crackers are made with Everything Bagel seasoning and lemon pepper salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup/200g Sourdough Starter /discard
  • 2 tbsp/28g Butter Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon / 15g Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper salt

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 325 F and line the baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a bowl add sourdough starter/discard and lemon pepper salt and melted butter and mix well.
  • When you are ready to bake spread the sourdough discard into thin layer. Then sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning on the top .
  • Bake at 325F for 6 minutes and then remove from the oven and make rectangular cut and immediately put it back and continue baking for another 25-30 minutes depending upon how crisp cracker you want.
  • Enjoy this addictive thin, crispy sourdough discard crackers.
